only be accepted with full payment. We reserve the right to return forms after capacity
has been reached. Written cancellations received by April 6, 2007 will be honored
with a full refund, less a $50.00 processing fee. Complete a separate registration form

The conference has reserved a block of rooms at the ESKOM Convention Centre, Dale
Road, Midrand, Johannesburg, South Africa. Participants are invited to reserve rooms at the
special daily rate of:

Single Deluxe (one single bed) R 450.30 or $56.95 (US Dollars)

Refund Policy

Registration refund request must be received in writing no later than
April 6, 2007. No refunds will be
issued after this date.
